When it comes to success, often we define it by the size of our wallet, or the things we own, but success is something we can define for ourselves individually without comparing to others. Today, think about what success really means to you. Get a journal or notebook and have it near your bed. Before you go to bed, list at least 3 things you succeeded at during the day. Perhaps it was just getting yourself out of bed that day. Whatever it is, feel how it feels to know that each day you have succeeded. We HAVE successes, we aren’t successes or failures. Know that even the little successes add up!
